Returns & Warranty

Returns:

The Click Worldwide will accept Returns for up to 15 days after your package is delivered. All returns must be pre-approved and issued an RA# to be eligible for a refund. If we have sent an incorrect item, please call or email us at sales@theclickworldwide.com to correct the situation. Please allow 1-2 weeks for Returns to be processed.

All sales are final on merchandise discounted 30% OFF or more.

Follow these easy steps for any Returns:

1. e-mail sales@theclickworldwide.com or call 1-877-442-5425 (10am - 6pm MTN time/ Monday-Friday), to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
2. Write the RA# on the outside of the box.
3. Please use a shipping box not the product box.
4. Make sure the item is returned in original condition & unused.
5. Make sure the item is returned with original packaging and hang tags.
6. The shipping must be prepaid.
7. Return to the following address:

8. Please allow 1-2 weeks for Returns to be processed.
9. We will refund your credit card upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
10. The Click Worldwide is not responsible for customer returns that are never received. Ship your return with insurance & a tracking number.
11. Your RA# will expire 20 days from when it is issued. If your package is not received before the RA# expires, we will subtract a 15% restocking fee or refund the current sale price of the item.

Exchanges:

1. Place your order online for the correct items.
2. Follow the steps above for a Return.
3. Once your return is received by our warehouse, we will refund your credit card.

Return Tips

• Clothing must be unused & unwashed with the original hang tags to be eligible for a refund. (no smoke smell, no pet hair, no stains, etc.)
• Footwear must be unused & returned with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please try on your new shoes or boots on carpet first. (worn shoes & boots will not be refunded)
• Broken or pressure cracked skate decks are not eligible for returns.
• Snowboard Bindings must be unused with the all of the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. (discs, bolts, etc.)
• Snowboards must be unused & untuned with all of the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. (do not detune, wax,etc.)
• Orders that are shipped with the Free Ground Shipping discount and are returned for a refund will be charged the original shipping charges.

Manufacturers Warranty:

Buy with confidence. The Click Worldwide is an authorized dealer for all of the brands we sell. Everything you buy from The Click Worldwide is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty covers against manufacturer’s defects or defects caused by normal wear and tear for the duration of the warranty term. Every manufacturer offers a different warranty term; some offer a 1 year warranty, some offer a 3 year warranty, and some offer a lifetime warranty. If you have any warranty issues you will need to send the product directly back to the manufacturer to be repaired or replaced. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with warranties and returns. The manufacturer will inspect the product and make their decision on what action to take. If we feel the manufacturers warranty decision is unacceptable we will do our best to get the situation resolved.

Special Order Policy

Our policies for special orders are as follows:

• All Special Orders need to be pre-paid.
• Shipping charges will apply
• All orders are non-refundable & non-exchangable
• All orders must ship to credit card billing address.
• Patience is important. Special orders may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
• If you would like to place this order act quick because sizes will sell out soon.
• Email us if you would like to order and we will send you a link to the item and a link to special order shipping charges. We will place the special order once your payment is approved.
