International Orders International orders are easy. Add the items you would like to order to your cart and continue to "Checkout". Enter your exact shipping address to preview your options for shipping charges. If you would like to place your order select "Confirm Order" and your credit card will be pre-authorized and submitted to Pre-Charge (credit card verification service). Pre-Charge may try to contact you via email or telephone. Once you order is approved by Pre-Charge, we will ship your package and email you a tracking number.
If your credit
card is declined by Pre-Charge, you can choose from one of the
following options to finalize your order. Option #1) We will charge
your credit card a random amount under $3.00 and you will need to email
us the exact amount charged in US dollars & cents to verify your credit card. Option #
2) You can send a wire transfer to our bank. If your credit card is declined by Pre-charge, we will contact you to choose one of these options.
*Extra shipping will be required for any snowboard over 120cm, we will email you a link to pay for the additional shipping charge.
**Please remember that you will be responsible for any taxes, fees, etc. levied by your country and legally we can't mark your package as a "gift".
***Any returned/refused packages will be charged for return shipping & return customs fees.

- Once your charge is approved by Pre-Charge, we will ship your order and email you a tracking number

- Before ordering a Snowboard, please email us for a UPS Worldwide Express shipping quote.
- Your order will not ship until your payment is approved, your credit card is verified or your wire transfer is received.
- If your wire transfer or credit card verification is not received within 48 hours after we notify you, the order will be canceled.
- You will be responsible for any Customs Duties, Taxes, Fees, VAT's, etc levied by your country.
- Legally we can not mark your package as a "gift".
- We are not allowed to ship certain brands Internationally due to our dealer agreements.
